Had a great time with friends! The hotel is really modern and the breakfast was impressive with a lot of choices. We enjoyed exploring the local Good Times of Olean for some fun in the sun and hit up a nearby casino where we had endless opportunities to win at the slots. Ample USB ports in the room were definitely a plus.

We did experience a slow-draining tub, but the staff fixed it quickly after we reported it, which was unexpected and appreciated.

The staff was accommodating when we checked in, even reaching out to us prior to arrival to inform us about the pool situation and offering a solution. The breakfast spread was amazing, it had everything from scrambled eggs to fresh fruit and I couldn't believe how well-stocked it was.
